Sullivan Township Trustees Attendance: Mark Schwab, Chairman The meeting was called to order at 7:34PM by Chairman Mark Schwab followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Mark Hickey moved to pay the remaining bills for 2007 with a second by Duane Jenkins. Roll call all yes. Fiscal Officer Report Fiscal Officer Susan Denbow presented the November bank reconcilement for the trustees to review. The trustees signed the reconcilement after the review. Fiscal Officer Denbow presented the monthly reports for November. The trustees signed that they had received their copies of the reports. Fiscal Officer Denbow presented the monthly reports for December except for the bank reconcilement. The trustees signed that they had received all reports except for the reconcilement. Fiscal Officer Denbow reported that she had received several phone complaints concerning large potholes on Twp Rd#581. Mark Hickey instructed road supervisor Gary Hollingsworth to patch the large holes with road stone. Fiscal Officer Denbow stated that Doug Campbell would need to go to Chase Bank with a current signer on the account to get added to the checking account. Duane Jenkins stated that he would set up a time to go with Doug after January 1. Donna Riley turned in a copy of her bond papers to the fiscal officer. Mark Hickey advised that the lock on the new garage door had broken and he had put on a temporary one. He will be getting a commercial lock to repair the broken one. Mark Hickey advised that he had contacted Ohio Fuel Stop about fueling the fire department equipment at the station. A blanket exemption certificate is needed to set this up. Mark Hickey moved to adjourn at 8:03PM with a second by Mark Schwab. Roll call all yes.
After the meeting had adjourned, Mark Schwab turned in his key ring of keys to the fiscal officer.
