Sullivan Township Trustee Attendance Duane Jenkins Chairman The meeting was called to order by Fiscal Officer Donna Riley at 7:00 P.M. Followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Fiscal Officer Riley asked for nominations for Chairman. Hickey nominated Jenkins Campbell second Roll call Hickey yes Campbell yes Jenkins abstained. The deposit of $50.00 from residents will be non-refundable since there is access to the kitchen. The $50.00 will cover the cost of Utilities. Deposit of $100.00 non-refundable for non-residents. He felt that section should be removed because people shouldn’t pay to improve their homes. Fiscal Officer Report Turned in the paperwork to Campbell for the Fire Indemnity Board to be filled out and return by January 31, 2009. Bills will be paid at the Trustee Regular Business Meeting January 5, 2009 Bid on the Fire Truck from Avon Fire Department will be opened on January 5, 2009 Public Concerns Rich Johnson asked about the Road Patrol Position. Trustees advised him the donation will be in the fall. Spieker talked about the Zoning Fee Schedule after it goes to the Zoning Board of Commission.
