Sullivan Township Trustees Attendance Douglas Campbell Chairman The meeting was called to order at 9:32 by Chairman Douglas Campbell. Fiscal Officer Donna Riley submitted the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2009 Trustees all had copies of the budget. Campbell moved to except the budget Jenkins second Roll call Campbell yes Jenkins yes Hickey yes. The budget hearing is sent for the evening of August 4th 2008. Hickey asked that minutes reflect the County Auditor is aware the Township will not be receiving the monthly rent payments from Ohio Fuel Stop due to the replacement of the Gas Pumps for the 2009 Budget. Fiscal Officer advised Hickey he is aware of this. Campbell moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:45 PM Jenkins second. Roll call all yes.
