Special Meeting

Jenkins called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Followed by the Pledge of Allegiances.

Hickey was not present for the meeting.

Jenkins moved be Resolution to enter into the contract with Lytle Construction LLC. Campbell second Roll call Campbell yes Jenkins yes.

Trustees signed the contract for Lytle Construction LLC to proceed with the CP391N Project.

Fiscal Officer signed the contract attesting to their signatures.

Campbell moved to adjourn at 6:36p.m.Jenkins second Roll call all yes.
