Sullivan Township Trustee Attendance Duane Jenkins Chairman Jenkins called the Meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. Followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Hickey moved to pay the bills Campbell second Roll call all yes. Trustees signed checks #20184 thru #20196. Check #20183 was voided. Campbell read the second part of the General Levy to be approved to go on the ballot November 3, 2009 Jenkins second Roll call as follows Campbell yes Jenkins yes Hickey no. Jenkins moved to make the Twp. Garage / Fire Station 3 to house any Fire Equipment in it Campbell second Roll call as follows Campbell yes Jenkins yes Hickey no. Campbell move to post the Bid in the Ashland Times-Gazette three times for two weeks for the Twp. Rd. 391 Project North bids will be opened at a Special Meeting on August 31, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Date project to be complete is October 31, 2009 Jenkins second Roll call all yes. Jenkins moved to adjourn at 6:15 p.m. Campbell second Roll call all yes.
