Jenkins called the Meeting to order at 8:11P.M. Followed by the Pledge of Allegiance

Jenkins announced the Meeting is being taped for the benefit of the Township.

Campbell moved by Resolution to encumber $12,000.00 for Township Road 462 payment schedule January 29, 2010 and July 1, 2010 Jenkins second Roll call Campbell yes Hickey yes Jenkins yes.

Jenkins moved by Resolution to encumber $12,000.00 for Township Road 391 payment schedule July 1, 2010.

Jenkins moved to adjourn at 8:15 p.m. Campbell second Roll call all yes.
