Sullivan Township Trustee Attendance: Mark Hickey Chairman Hickey announced before the meeting started he would be turning the meeting over to Steele because of his relationship with the school so he would be excusing himself from participating in the meeting. Steele called the meeting to order at 6:35p.m.Followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Steele explained there are two grants she is applying for the roof at KNO NO CO Head Start School.
Steele stated she would like to contact PERSO to find out if some of the damage is covered under the Insurance since the damage was caused by the winter conditions this year with the snow and ice. Campbell stated he had no problem with her contacting them. Campbell moved that Steele move forward with the CDBG Grant for $50,000.00 Steele second Roll call all yes. Campbell moved that Steele move forward with L.M.R.E. People Fund Grant for $10,000.00 Steele second Roll call all yes. Steele will have the CDBG Grant ready for the next meeting on April 19, 2010 at the Trustee Regular Business Meeting because it is due on April 22, 2010.
