Fiscal Officer Riley called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Fiscal Officer Riley asked for nominations for Chairman. Steele nominated Campbell Steele second Roll call Steele yes Campbell yes Hickey yes.
Fiscal Officer turned the meeting over to Chairman Campbell. Campbell asked for nominations for Vice-Chair. Campbell moved to nominate Steele. Hickey second Roll call Hickey yes Campbell yes Steele abstained.
Steele moved to hold the Trustees Regular Business Meetings on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the Month at 7:00 P.M. unless the Meetings fall on a holiday then it will be held on the following Tuesday. Hickey second Roll call all yes.
Hickey moved to allow the Fiscal Officer Use then and now’s as needed to pay bills and invoices Steele second Roll call all yes
Campbell moved to hire Gary as the full time Road Supervisor at $15.25 per hour and be able to response to emergency calls Steele second Roll call Steele yes Hickey no Campbell yes.
Hickey moved to table the reappointment of Richard Johnson as Safety Officer until January 18, 2011 until he can research the position more Steele second Roll call all yes.
Hickey moved to post the positions for two openings on the Zoning Board of Commission and an alternate for the Zoning Board of Appeals to be reviewed at the Trustees Meeting February 7, 2011 Steele second Roll call all yes.
Hickey moved that the Fire Indemnity Board will be the two Trustees Campbell and Hickey the two firefighters Brown and Simonson and the Resident is Johnson. Steele second. Roll call all yes.
Campbell moved that the Board of Trustees will be in charge of the Road Personal. Hickey second Roll call Steele yes Campbell yes Hickey abstained.
Campbell moved that the Board of Trustees will be in charge of all Road Projects. Hickey second Roll call Hickey yes Campbell yes Steele yes.
Hickey moved Steele be the liaison for the Fire Department. Campbell second Roll call Campbell yes Hickey yes Steele abstained...
Campbell moved to allow the Fiscal Officer to use Purchase Orders and Blanket Certificates as needed to pay bills and invoices. Hickey second Roll call all yes.
Campbell moved to have all money turned into the Fiscal Officer within 24 hours. Hickey second Roll call all yes.
Hickey moved to keep the Community Room rental rates the same with one change. The deposit of $50.00 from residents will be non-refundable since there is access to the kitchen. The $50.00 will cover the cost of Utilities. Deposit of $100.00 non-refundable for non-residents. Steele second Roll call all yes
Campbell moved to pay the Zoning Board of Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals the same as last year at $20.00 per meeting to be paid quarterly. Hickey second Roll call all yes Hickey stated the alternate on the Zoning Board will be paid for attending the meetings and the alternate for the Zoning Board of Appeals would only be paid if they are a voting member.
Campbell moved to adopt the same Zoning Schedule Fee under the 2008 fees Steele second Roll call Steele yes Campbell yes Hickey no.
Campbell moved to pay the Trustees 100% out of the General Fund. Hickey second Roll call all yes.
Hickey moved to keep the Cemetery rates the same with one change weekday rates is $150.00 weekdays and $250.00 on Weekends and Holidays for Cremations Steele second Roll call all yes.

Campbell moved to have Ashland Monument do all the Cemetery Footer work. Steele second Roll call all yes
Campbell moved that the Records Commission Board will consist of the Board of Trustees and the Fiscal Officer. Steele second Roll call all yes.
Campbell moved no records will be destroyed. Steele second Roll call all yes.
Campbell moved to contract with Ohio Billing for the Fire and EMS Billing. Hickey second Roll call all yes. The Trustees discussed a Collection Agency this issue was tabled pending the Prosecutors Opinion.
Campbell moved to use the standard IRS mileage rate for 2011 to be reimbursed for mileage Steele second for only Township Business except for any electoral training and any mileage must be pre approved prior to the mileage expense.
Hickey moved to appoint Campbell to the Ashland County Health Board Steele second Roll call Campbell yes Steele yes Hickey yes.
Fiscal Officer turned in the paperwork for the Fire Indemnity Board to be filled out
