Minutes from our February 13, 2007

Rich Johnson opened our meeting with the Pledge of allegiance at 7:00 pm.

Peg Skinner read the minutes from our January 23, 2007; Sharon Patterson made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Rich Johnson. (All in favor.)

Zoning Inspector Janice Steele was present to give her report and to give us a request form to fill out for the trustees to fill out for the approval of Prosecuting Attorney Paul “O” Reilly to read.

Janice also had a request for the 519.1 Ohio Revised codes for our new zoning book.

All members from the Zoning Board of Commissions will be attending our zoning meeting at the AG/Building with Regional Planning and Paul “O” Reilly on Feb 26, 2007 and attendance will be taken.

Rich Johnson made a motion to adjourn our meeting at 8:30 pm with a second from Jean Reams. Meeting adjourned (All in favor).
