Minutes from our Jan 22, 2007 meeting

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:07 pm.

We had discussed the fact of the re-appointing of Jean Reams. Rich Johnson and Peg Skinner attended the Trustee Meeting held January 16, 2007 it was stated then that they had no problem re-appointing Jean Reams but they had to hear it from her, Duane Jenkins stated that he would call her, instead he called Sharon Patterson. Jean Reams has heard nothing from them.

Peg Skinner read the minutes from our Dec 11, 2006 and our Jan 8, 2007 meetings.

Bud Jantz made a motion to accept the Dec 11, 2006 as read with a second from Sharon Patterson.  (All in favor).

Sharon Patterson made a motion to accept the minutes from Jan 8, 2007 as read with a second from Jean Reams. (All in favor).

Peg Skinner had ask Sharon Patterson if it was not a problem if she could bring me her minutes from when she was secretary and she advised me that it wouldn’t be a problem.

Bud Jantz made a motion to accept our book as written and as read Jean Reams second the motion. Rich Johnson yes- Sharon Patterson yes- Peg Skinner yes-
Jean Reams yes- Bud Jantz yes. (All in favor).

Sharon Patterson made a motion to send our Book & Map to Regional Planning  Bud Jantz second the motion.

Peg Skinner read the letter
Sent a letter to Paul O’Reilly for any information on Planned Unit Development.

Sharon Patterson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 pm with a second from Jean Reams. ( Meeting adjourned).
