Organizational Meeting

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order on Jan 8, 2007 at 7:18 pm. With the Pledge of Allegiance.

Election of Officers:
Secretary:
Rich Johnson nominated Peg Skinner no other nomination was mentioned.
Bud Jantz 2nd the nomination.
Jean-yes, Sharon-yes, Bud-yes, Rich-yes, Peg-yes (all in favor)

Vice Chairman:
Peg Skinner nominated Rich Johnson no other nomination was mentioned.
Sharon Patterson 2nd the nomination
Jean-yes, Sharon-yes, Bud-yes, Peg-yes, Rich-yes (all in favor)

President:
Sharon Patterson nominated Bud Jantz no other nomination was mentioned.
Jean Reams 2nd the nomination
Peg-yes, Rich-yes, Sharon-yes, Jean-yes, Bud-yes (all in favor)

Meeting Dates:
Our meetings will be the 2nd & 4th Monday of the month.
Memorial Day falls on our meeting date so therefore our meeting will be Tuesday, May 29th, 2007.
Our Dec 24th, 2007 will be cancelled altogether.
Bud Jantz approved the meeting agenda.

  Sharon Patterson made a motion to close our organizational meeting at 7:35pm.
