Minutes from our March 12, 2007
Rich Johnson called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at
7:06 pm.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our Feb 26, 2007; Rich Johnson made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Jean Reams.
Out for break at 7:55pm back in session at 8:00 pm.
Invite Nova Zoning Commission for a meeting to see if we can help each township with zoning issues, on April 23, 2007, we could have some munchies and coffee.
We will discuss this in further detail on our April 9th, 2007 meeting.
Send a letter to Mike Wolfson at Regional Planning to ask if it would be possible for him to read the Zoning Resolution Book that we have dropped off at his office with the question can the Zoning Board of Commissions be held liable if the Prosecutor’s Office doesn’t receive a copy of the Zoning Resolution Book before our public hearing, because on their chart it doesn’t specify that the Prosecutor’s Office should receive one.
Jean Reams made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 pm with a second from Peg Skinner; meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm. (all in favor).
