Minutes from our March 26, 2007 meeting

We had received minutes from the Trustee meeting on Feb 5, 2007 stating that Duane Jenkins had spoken to Jean Reams about serving another term on the Zoning Board and she stated that she would be willing to serve another term. Duane stated that no ad had been placed yet for any of the Zoning positions. And it further stated that Mark Schwab moved to table the appointment of Board members until an ad is placed to see if there are other residents interested in serving on either of the Zoning Boards. Mark Hickey seconded with roll call all yes. Duane will handle the ad placement.

Therefore due to the lack of a forum we could not carry a legal meeting,
           So all members that were present left the building at 7:30 pm.

Please note that Jean Reams has attended all the meetings so far this year
Because with her conversation with Duane Jenkins she was under the impression that she was re-appointed, back on January 16, 2007 Mark Schwab advised that Jean Reams and Carl Taddeo that their terms were up and that Duane Jenkins would contact them to see if they would like to serve another term.
