Minutes from our April 9th, 2007 meeting.

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:07 pm on April 9, 2007.

          Peg Skinner read the minutes from our Feb 26, 2007 & March 12th, 2007
March 26th, 2007, Bud Jantz made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Jean Reams. (All in favor).

Now we go into a work session on our Zoning Resolution Book.

Bud Jantz made a motion to amend Article 101 with a second from Rich Johnson. All in favor. (Jean Reams yes- Peg Skinner yes- Sharon Patterson yes- Rich Johnson yes and Bud Jantz yes.)

Bud Jantz made a motion to amend Article 201 section 1-B Sharon second the motion. All in favor. (Jean Reams yes- Peg Skinner yes- Rich Johnson yes- Sharon Patterson yes and Bud Jantz yes.)

Bud Jantz made a motion to amend and add Sanitary Landfill, Solid Waste Site and Recycle Facilities to our Industrial District Peg Skinner second the motion. All in Favor. (Jean Reams yes- Sharon Patterson yes- Rich Johnson yes- Peg Skinner yes- and Bud Jantz yes.)

Bud Jantz made a motion to amend the Pipeline #14 to feet Sharon Patterson second the motion. All in Favor. (Jean Reams yes- Rich Johnson yes- Peg Skinner yes- Sharon Patterson yes- and Bud Jantz yes.)

Took a Break at 8:00 pm and back in session at 8:10 pm.
Sharon Patterson had to leave at 8:00 pm.

Back in Work Session on Zoning Resolution Book.

Bud Jantz made a motion to amend our Agriculture to read word for word of the ORC 519.02-519.25 Peg Skinner second the motion. All in Favor. Rich Johnson yes- Jeans Reams yes- Peg Skinner yes- and Bud Jantz yes.

Bud Jantz stated to table the Mfg. Homes till our next meeting.

Bud Jantz made a motion to amend our Hyper-Mart and remove it from any section in our 2006 Zoning Resolution Book, Rich Johnson second the motion. All in Favor. (Jean Reams yes- Peg Skinner yes- Rich Johnson-yes- and Bud Jantz yes.

Bud Jantz made a motion to amend our Telecommunications to add it to the Commercial District and under Conditional Use, Peg Skinner second the motion. All in Favor. Jean Reams yes- Rich Johnson yes- Peg Skinner yes and Bud Jantz yes.

Bud Jantz made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:59 pm with a second from Jean Reams.
