Minutes from our Aug. 13, 2007 meeting.

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:07 pm.

Peg Skinner read the minutes from our July 23, 2007 meeting.
CORRECTION:
#218 typo change on to one.
#313 & #604 cannot be to change to shall not
Change PUD to Planned Unit Development
Page 6 take out Book and Zoning Book

Add Motions to adopt the Resolution Book of 2007 has not taken place as of July 23, 2007.

Took Break at 8:00 Back in Session at 8:07 pm

Jean Reams made a motion to accept the change to Chemical Rich Johnson second the motion (all in favor).

Minutes to be reviewed at the next meeting with the corrections to the minutes.

Look over all Planned Unit Development material for the next meeting.
Jean Reams advised that she thought the County Court House had info on Planned Unit Development, Peg Skinner to look into it.

Jean Reams made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:45 pm with a second from Rich Johnson.
