Minutes from our Sept 10, 2007 meeting.

Pres. Bud Jantz called the meeting to order at 7:15 and we rose to say the Pledge of Allegiance.
Bud Jantz reminded Jean Reams that she would be taking the minutes due to Peggy Skinner absence.
The minutes were read from our 8/27/07 meeting. Two corrections must be done to the last paragraph, changing 9:55 to 8:55 and adding all in favor. Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with the 2 minor corrections Sharon Patterson second all in favor, yes.
Rich Johnson asked to be updated with the Shooting Challenge. The Prospective buyers Mr. Doug Welleck & Jim Maple are seeking a new conditional use permit. There are only three members of the board of Appeals left and one is vacationing in Europe, leaving the Board without a quorum. Once the application is made a public hearing must be held in a reasonable length of time according to the ORC.
We will discuss at our next meeting about Planned Unit Development. Jean passed around assorted Housing Development Plans from Medina and Lorain Counties to give us an idea of what is out there.
We decided that the first step is to find out the minimum lot size for septic systems, aeration systems and mound. We also need to know if LC Water Authority had plans to expand in Sullivan Twp.

We also discussed getting copies of the Flood Plain Map. Jean said she would try to get these.
At 9:02 Sharon Patterson made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Bud Jantz second the motion, all in favor.
