Minutes from Oct. 10, 2007.

Bud Jantz called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Jean Reams was asked to take the minutes of the meeting,
No minutes was available from the Sept 24,2007 meeting due to the fact that Peggy Skinner was ill and not present.
Discussed BZA meeting on the Shooting Challenge. Permit was granted to John Stancuo owner of the Shooting Challenge.
Discussed map and New Zoning Book and when the Public hearing is to take place. Still waiting on Trustee’s to setup the meeting with former Trustee’s to take deposition.
Took break at 7:55 pm back in session at 8:05 pm.
Discussed Bev Bolen not attending Zoning meetings as an alternate.
Planned Unit Development will replace the letters PRD-COC in Zoning Resolution Book- change all # to correspond with the Sullivan’s Book.
Bud Jantz made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:45pm with a second from Jean Reams.
