Minutes from our Oct. 22, 2007

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:12 pm.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our Sept. 24, 2007
Meeting, Sharon Patterson made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Jean Reams.
Jean Reams read the minutes from the Oct. 10, 2007 meeting Peg Skinner made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a few corrections, Bud Jantz second the motion, Peg Skinner has also requested permission from Jean Reams to be able to send both the Sept. 10, 2007 and Oct 10, 2007 minutes over to Janice Steele to be placed on the Web site. Jean Reams approved Peg Skinner to do so.
There was no old business so we went into a work session on the Planned Unit Development.
When we start talking about retention ponds and dry hydrants in a Planned Unit Development we need to invite Chief Gary Hollingsworth and Fire Inspector Jerry Bauer.
Took Break at 7:45 back in session at 8:00
Need to try and get some current info. On Cinnamon Lake Homeowners Association Rules and current property map.
Sharon Patterson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:56 pm with a second from Bud Jantz. (All in Favor).
