Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:17 pm.

Peg Skinner read the minutes of our Oct 22, 2007 meeting, Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Rich Johnson. (All in Favor)

Janice Steele was present with her report, she is holding out for a request at the next trustee meeting to send for a legal opinion on the Aaron Miller request for a permit to be able to run a business which had been in operation for the past 2 years without a permit to begin with, Aaron Miller had attended a Zoning meeting along with Trustee Mark Hickey and Duane Jenkins back on Oct 17, 2005 at which time he had asked Looking to get a permit for his upholstery shop which is located at 132 Twp. Rd. 391, according to our resolution book that area is not zoned for this type of business Jean Reams advised Aaron Miller of this, He was advised by the Zoning Board of Commission that he would have to go to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Attached is a copy of the minutes from the Oct 17, 2005 meeting with Aaron Miller.

Went into work session on Planned Unit Development
We have discussed Flood Plains and have had question regarding retention ponds Janice Steele had said we could talk to Noah and he could probably answer our questions, and then it came to Janice Steele that the reason for retention ponds is that they will hold more water and would only allow so much water to go down because the storm drains can not carry all the water.

Rich Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:45 pm with a second from Bud Jantz, (All in Favor).
