Organizational Meeting
Jan. 8, 2008

Past President Bud Jantz called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance on Jan. 8, 2008 at 7:01 pm.
John Storch was present and able to vote due to Sharon Patterson not being present.
Nominations were started by Bud Jantz.

Election of Officers:

Bud Jantz nominated Peg Skinner with no other nominations.
Jean Reams 2nd the nomination.

Vice Chairman:

Jean Reams nominated Rich Johnson with no other nominations.
Peg Skinner 2nd the nomination.

President:

Peg Skinner nominated Bud Jantz with not other nominations.

Meeting Dates:

Our meetings will be the 2nd & 4th Monday of the month at 7:00pm.
May 26, 2008 is Memorial Day our meeting will be May 27, 2008.
Oct 13, 2008 is Columbus Day our meeting will be Oct 14, 2008
Dec 8, 2008 will be our last meeting of the year.
If there is any severe weather our meetings will be cancelled.

Bud Jantz made a motion to adjourn the organizational meeting at7:13 pm, Rich Johnson second. (All in favor)
