Bud Jantz called our meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:10 pm

Peg Skinner read the minutes from our Jan.14, 2008 meeting,
Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Rich Johnson. (All in favor)

Peg Skinner read the amendment to Article #313 requested for Bud Jantz to make a motion on the amendment to Article #313 (1.a)

Could Richland Blue Print reproduce the colors on the map?

Sullivan Resolution Book is ready to be adopted.

Mark Hickey has a question. Wants to know where the prior map to 2002 is, he assumes that the map was destroyed. Not true map was removed from the wall and placed in the records room.

Randy Young has been checking the records regarding the map and the districts for this Township.

Took break at 7:55 pm. back in session at 8:04 pm.

Peg Skinner has made her 3^rd request to Sharon Patterson for her minutes from 2002 pertaining to Sullivan Township Zoning Board.
At our next meeting we will be starting on the New Map.

Peg Skinner needs to go to the Tax Map Office and retain additional maps for the Zoning Board of Commission.

Bud Jantz made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:34 ½  with a 2^nd from Rich Johnson.
