Minutes from our Feb 25, 2008 meeting

Chair Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:08 pm.

Peg Skinner read our minutes from our Feb 11, 2008
Sharon Patterson made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Jean Reams (All in favor).
Peg Skinner also advised everyone present that we received our Zoning Seminar Forms and had asked everyone who wanted to attend and which sessions.

Our visitor Tim Cooper had called and said he would not be able to make our meeting this evening, we could reschedule the meeting.

We need to copy the residential Enterprise Application
Working on the sign issue:
Home Occupation, Residential, Conditional Use:
We took a Break at 7:55 back in session at 8:05pm.

Bud Jantz made a motion to change the sign in roadside stand to 12 sq. ft.

(E) Becomes B and should read signs advertising Home Occupation.

(C) A business, which a conditional use permit has been issued-, must require a sign permit, 4 sq. ft. 20 ft from the right of way.

Bud Jantz suggest that we table the sign until our next meeting.
