Minutes from our June 9, 2008 meeting

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:04pm on June 9, 2008.

Peg Skinner read the minutes from our May 12, 2008 meeting, Bud Jantz made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Jean Reams with one minor correction ALL IN FAVOR.
Sharon Patterson was not present with the minutes from the May 27, 2008 meeting.
Interim Zoning Inspector David Spieker was present with his report and a letter from A.J. Sturgis from the Health Dept. on sewage permits.
Sam Phiper was present. His question to the Board is how do I become legal with my business, Eight years ago paid $90.00 for a permit for his building and was told he didn’t need permit to run his Trucking Business.
Sam Phiper needs to meet with David Spieker to fill out his papers for a conditional use permit and go in front of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
David Spieker’s other question was about David Ives, Janice Steele issued a permit/ there has been a lot split done but there is no parcel number for the lot split.

PROPOSAL 4   76-85-96 Would go back to Argi.

PROPOSAL 5   66 everyone is in favor
