Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:07 pm
Bud Jantz has requested that everyone in attendance that his or her cell phone be shut off or placed on vibrate.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our Oct 27, 2008 meeting John Storch made motion to accept the minutes with some minor corrections, Bud Jantz 2nd the motion. (All in favor).
Went into work session on adopting the “Sullivan Township Zoning Resolution and Map” and setting for the Public Hearing. (SEE ATTACHED).
Public Hearing for Sullivan Township Zoning Board of Commission has been set for the 9th day of December 2008 at 7:00 o’clock pm, we have also scheduled time slots for residents to be able to view the Resolution and Map at the Community Room, viewing times are as follows.
November 24th -28th, 2008 from 10:00 till 11:00 am,
December 1-5th from 7:00 till 8:00 pm
