Minutes from our Nov. 24, 2008 meeting
Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:05 pm
Bud Jantz request that everyone present would please place your cell phone on vibrate or shut them off.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our Nov. 10th, 2008 meeting
Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Rich Johnson (all in favor)
Need to place a notice in the newspaper for a special meeting following our public Hearing

Need to change the Zoning district Agricultural/ Residential on the New Zoning Map Ledger
Sharon Patterson advised that she would not be present for the Public Hearing or the organizational meeting.
We have to schedule the Court Stenographer for the Public Hearing.
Jean Reams made a motion to adjourn the meeting with a 2nd from Rich Johnson at 8:30 pm meeting adjourned.
