Minutes from Feb. 23, 2009                 CORRECTED

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 6:58 pm.
Bud Jantz had asked everyone present to please place your cell phones on vibrate or turn them off.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our Feb. 9th, 2009 meeting, Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from John Storch. (All in favor).
Peg Skinner advised the chairmen Bud Jantz that the Township Trustees are looking for a statement from the Zoning Board of Commission to place in the News Letter.

Zoning Inspector’s Report/  Property owner of 42 Twp Rd. 581 has agreed to move his accessory bldg. and get a permit for it.
Mr. Webber asked about a culvert permit for his 5 acre lot on 462.
Resident at 607 County Rd. 40 regarding horse on that property.
383 Twp. Rd. 391 regarding a mobile home?
394 Twp. Rd. 681 not sure what this was about?
281 neighbors S. of Amish east side of the road (Image Escapes)
Abandon House on Twp Rd. 462 N. Side of 58.
David Spieker presented a permit for  Mr. Keim for a 24x48 pole barn with a 8x24 lean to:
Rich Johnson has volunteered his time to go out with David Spieker the Zoning Inspector to travel the roads because David Spieker cannot do all of this himself. ( IE: To take pictures, drive and write it all up).

Rich Johnson had stated that it would be nice to place a recommendation in the Newsletter regarding EXOTIC ANIMALS.

Took a break at 7:55 pm and Back in Session at 8:03 pm.

John Storch is to re-work yard/ to combine yards and lots in one article.
