Minutes from March 9th, 2009

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:09 pm., Bud Jantz has requested that everyone present to please place your cell phones on vibrate or shut them off.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our Feb.23rd, 2009 meeting, Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a 2nd from Rich Johnson (All in favor).
Zoning Inspector’s Report!
Mr. Spieker still feels that the Resident on County Rd 40 is still not legal (ref: Horse) Mr. Spieker was asked if he called the property owners since this Resident was renting the property and Mr. Spieker stated no he has not. Mr. Spieker also helps Peg Skinner clarify what was wrong with the following property in question,
383 Twp. Rd. 391 regarding a mobile home (abandoned).
394 Twp. Rd. 681 regarding his pole barn.
Janice still had asked Mr. Spieker about all the forms he has question about, Janice Steele had told Mr. Spieker that she has all the forms that have been adopted by the Trustees and she let him to look and also informed him that he could copy them for himself and the Sectary of the Board of Commission, Mr. Spieker informed Janice Steele that he had all of those forms.
Board goes into Work Session on #302 Accessory Uses.
Took Break at 8:00 pm back in session at 8:12 pm.

Bud Jantz informed the Board that he will not be present for the next meeting he will be on vacation.

Janice Steele also informed the Board that she will not be present for the next meeting due to the fact she will be recovering from surgery, The Board Wished her well.

John Storch made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:46 pm and had a 2nd from Rich Johnson meeting adjourned at 8:46 pm.
