Minutes from our March 23rd, 2009 meeting
Rich Johnson called our meeting to order with the pledge of Allegiance at 7:07 pm on March 23rd, 2009. Rich Johnson also requested that everyone present to place their cell phones on vibrate or turn them off. Peg Skinner read the minutes from our March 9th, 2009 meeting, Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with the one minor correction to Janice Steele and not Janice Still, John Storch 2nd the motion all in favor. Zoning Inspectors Report David Spieker was present with his reports and request, Zoning Inspector David Spieker has requested the Audio minutes from our Feb thru March 2009 also has requested the March 23rd, 2009 Audio Minutes Peg Skinner also informed David Spieker that the request could not be filled until the March 23rd, 2009 minutes were approved. Peg Skinner had informed David Spieker that our meetings have not been placed on Audio since Dec. 2008 because I have not had the hardware in my computer to be copied to audio, I did not receive the Township computer until middle of January and everything was removed from that computer and I have to place everything back on it, I have not set it all up yet, I had also told David Spieker that if I had them I would give them to him. David Spieker had received a response from Twp. Rd. 391 resident regarding a Zoning letter he had received! Arron Miller to set up Zoning Appeals Hearing on Residential Enterprise, David Spieker has informed us that he has sent out 5 letters regarding a Residential Enterprise and has 2 responses back. QUESTION was asked of David Spieker and the BOARD how you would classify someone whom advertised Amish Made Furniture from his home but would take you to the Amish Made Furniture resident’s home. David Spieker has informed the Board that he called the Prost. Attorney regarding the horse issue and the Prost. Attorney will research it further and put it in writing and send it to him by mail. David Spieker has informed the Board that he has sent out 34 or 35 letter to residents and has only gotten back 12 or 14 responses. David Spieker has nothing further. Peg Skinner has informed the Board that the effective date in the book needs to read as follows: Adopted on Dec. 29th, 2008 and effective on Jan. 29th, 2009. No New Business or Old Business was discussed because 2 members were not present so therefore instead of wasting a meeting trying to get everyone caught up we would continue that Business when everyone returned. Rich Johnson made a motion to adjourn at 7:47pm with a 2nd from John Storch. All in favor. Meeting was adjourned.
