Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:05 pm on April 13, 2009.
Bud Jantz has requested that everyone present to please place cell phones on vibrate or to shut them off.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our March 23rd, 2009 meeting, Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a second from Rich Johnson. All in favor.

Peg Skinner informed the Board that Carol Stasick had called regarding a Residential Permit that Zoning Inspector had turn in to the Zoning Board of Appeals, question’s were, how many day’s do they have to place an Appeals Hearing, and do we have the Residential Enterprise Conditional Use Permit complete yet.
I had informed her that I would discuss it with the Board at this evenings meeting.

Zoning Inspector David Spieker was present with his reports and permits.
Board has requested that Mr. Spieker turn in all complaint letters to the Zoning Board Secretary along with his permits so everyone is on the same page with Zoning. Mr. Spieker has informed the Board that he had talked to the Prosecuting Attorney regarding the horse issue and he stated that he would research it further and the Prosecuting Attorney would put it in writing, Mr. Spieker was asked it the Board would receive a copy of the legal opinion and he stated that he would if he is allowed to.

Took a break at 8:10 pm and back in session at 8:20 pm.

While on break there were a couple of residents from Twp Rd.150 that had an issue with the Zoning Inspector David Spieker they discussed their issues with him while we were on break. Resident Mark Hickey also had an issue with Zoning Inspector it was discussed while we were on break.

Board went into a Work Session on Residential Enterprise Application and the rework of #302 and 610.

John Storch to rewrite- the Supplemental of the Residential Enterprise.

Concession Stands and Adult Entertainment are the next topics to start working on.

Rich Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting with a second from John Storch at 8:57.3 pm.
