Bud Jantz called our meeting to order on April 27th, 2009 with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:05 pm.
Bud Jantz has requested that everyone present to please place their cell phones on vibrate or shut them off.
Peg Skinner has read the minutes from our April 13th, 2009 meeting, Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with 2 minor corrections!
1.) Board requested that Mr. Spieker turn in all copies of complaint letters to the Zoning Board Secretary along with all copies of his permits issued, so everyone is on the same page with Zoning.
2.) Mr. Spieker was asked if the Board would receive a copy of the legal opinion and he stated he would if he is allowed to. John Storch 2nd the motion, all in favor.
All members of the Board have received the legal opinion regarding the horse issue, the question was asked of Mr. Spieker if Mr. Hinkle would receive a letter letting him know the outcome of his legal opinion, Mr. Spieker stated yeah as soon as he receives a copy of the lease for the other piece of property.

John Storch brought in the re-work of # 319-338-348-352 regarding yards,
All Board members received a copy of this article; article is attached to the minutes.
Bud Jantz read the Article #352 and asked the Board if everyone was in agreement, everyone replied we were in agreement.
Bud Jantz brought up the fact that # 401 Agri/Res ( A-) should read as follows Agri/Res (A-1) on page 35, also attached to the minutes.
Bud Jantz has stated that an appraiser had contacted him regarding Zoning District on Twp.Rd 581 because he could not get a hold of the Zoning Inspector so he got his name from the Web site, Bud Jantz’s question is could we place the map on the Web site so that all Realtors and Appraiser and Residents could get this information from the site, therefore Bud Jantz made a motion to place a copy of our Zoning Map on the Web site and place a Disclaimer, Rich Johnson 2nd the motion for the placement of the Map onto the Web site, all in favor.
Zoning Inspector David Spieker was present with his permit and verbal report,
Mr. Spieker had a letter from a resident at 423 County Road 681 regarding a complaint letter he had sent her, she has taken ill and asked if she could have a 90 day extension, Mr. Spieker was informed by the Board this is done at his discretion not the Board.
Mr. Spieker had sent Mr. Leham a notice regarding a building and some lumber on his property on US 224, Mr. Leham is suppose to meet with him on April 28th, 2009.
Mr. Spieker has also stated that he meet with the gentlemen from Twp. Rd. 150 from our last meeting and said he was a little more friendlier and had stated he had cleaned up some of his junk, but Mr. Spieker feels he is wrong about the un-licensed vehicles.
Took break at 7:58 pm., back in session at 8:19 pm.
Bud Jantz made a resolution  on April 27th, 2009 #27042009 that Sullivan Township Zoning Board of Commissions will no longer record their meetings, John Storch has 2nd the resolution, all in favor.
Went into a work session:
Concession Stands, Jean Reams has read the O.R.C. that all Board members received and has come up with a simple formation to be place in the Resolution Book, John Storch and Jean Reams will work on this article some more after we have done more research on this.
Jean Reams made a motion to adjourn our meeting at 8:52.0 with a 2nd from Rich Johnson all in favor.
