Minutes from our May 11th, 2009 meeting.
Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:03 pm on May 11th, 2009.
Bud Jantz had requested that everyone present to please shut off their cell phone or place them on vibrate.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our April 27th, 2009 meeting.
Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a 2nd from Bud Jantz. (All in favor)

Zoning Inspectors Report:
Talked with Mr. Leham, wants to build some type of a workshop or business and live in it.
Driving around town seeing if everyone that had received a letter has come into compliance, some have and some haven’t  if not they will receive a violation notice.
Mr. Spieker asked the board if anyone knows who owns the property located at 639 Cty. Rd. 40.
Sent a letter to Mr. Samples. Received a call from Mr. Samples and he wanted to know what he needed to do. I spoke to Mr. Hurdle whom has the deed restrictions! Mr. Samples will receive a violation notice!

Map and Book are to be placed on the Web site!

Went into work session to discuss Concession Stands.
Jean Reams has drawn up an outline on Concession Stands.
Talked about Concession Stands:
Put definition in the book and follow the O.R.C. 3717.-3717.99,
Peg Skinner received from Jean Reams the Mobile Food Service Definition.

Took break at 7:45 pm back in session at 8:05 pm.
New Business: Adult Entertainment: Peg Skinner is to print up the new laws from the O.R.C. for all the Board. The Board will continue working on this at our next meeting.
Bud Jantz made a motion to adjourn our meeting at 8:42.4 pm with a 2nd from Rich Johnson.
