Minutes from May 26th, 2009 meeting.

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:03 pm.
Bud Jantz has requested that everyone in attendance to please place their cell phones on vibrate or turn them off.
Bud Jantz has stated that there was a legal opinion received from the prosecuting attorney, until we hear what the results are we will not record  our meetings.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our May 11th, 2009 meeting, Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes with 2 minor corrections and John Storch 2nd the motion, (all in favor).
Board went into a work session on Adult Entertainment at 7:15 pm.
Board to read all info on the adult entertainment and will continue with it at our next meeting.
Took a break at 7:45 pm back at 7:58 pm.
Back into work session:
John Storch and Janice Steele will work on the map to be able to get it on the website.
Look for active liquor licenses in Sullivan Township.
John Storch made a motion to adjourn our meeting due to severe weather and loss of power, Bud Jantz 2nd the motion meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.
