Minutes

Bud Jantz called meeting to order with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:02 p.m. Bud Jantz requested all cell phones be turned of or put on vibrate.

Minutes were read by Carol Stasick  for Nov. 9, 2009 ,Jean Reams moved to accept minutes with corrections on spelling , and one sentence to be deleted. John Storch seconded. All in favor.

Zoning Inspector Peggy Skinner gave report on permits issued, and board discussed several of the permits.
Peggy Skinner will contact Tim Cooper to get a copy of minutes for Ashland Planning Commission.

Rich Johnson wanted know if Zoning Inspector had sent a letter to gentleman on 391 that has all the lawnmowers. Letter had been sent.

Discussion on twp rd 150.
Discussion on heavy equipment parked or stored  on St Rt. 224 East of St Rt 58.

Old Business:
Proposed amendments, Discussion on sending Adult Entertainment to Tim Cooper separate from other amendments.
Plan to send in January 2010.
Bud Jantz called for break at 7:50p.m.

Discussion of  Article VI, Numbers, 602, 607,608.  Bud Jantz suggested all board members as homework read ORC.505.87, and 505.871.
