Minutes from our July 13th, 2009 meeting

Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance on July 13th, 2009 at 7:04 pm.
Bud Jantz requested everyone present to please place their cell phones on vibrate or shut them off.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our June 22, 2009 meeting; John Storch made a motion to accept our minutes with a 2nd from Bud Jantz with minor corrections, (all in favor).
Went over permits of John Lehman, permit is legal until he runs a business.
Went into work session at 7:40 pm on Adult Entertainment:
Took break at 8:06 pm back in session at 8:12 pm.
All Board Members have agreed to continue the Adult Entertainment at our next meeting on Aug.11th, 2009.
John Storch made a motion to adjourn at 8:41 pm, Bud Jantz 2nd the motion, (all in favor).
