Bud Yantz called meeting to order at 7:03p.m. with  Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Mr. Yantz requested all  cell phones be turned off or put on vibrate.
Bud Yantz asked secretary Carol Stasick to read minutes from  Nov. 3,2009 meeting.
Jean Reams moved to accept minutes  as is, with a second by Bud Yantz. All in favor.
Zoning Inspector report: Peggy Skinner reported there will be two Zoning Appeals hearings this month. One is on Dec. 15th  for Residential Enterprise  certificate for Mr. Gingerich. The second will be on Dec. 17,2009 for a conditional use, for Mr. Joel Hawley. They will both be at 7p.m. at the community center.
Discussion on both appeals.
Ashland County Planning Commission minutes  on Sub Divisions was turned in by Peggy Skinner. Copies were given to each member of board. Discussion on Planning Commission minutes.
Bud Yantz suggested the Organizational meeting for Monday January 11,2010 be at 6:30 p.m. with regular meeting to follow right after at 7p.m.. All in favor.
Bud Yantz called for a break at 7:45p.m. Returned at 7:58p.m.
Old business, discussion on Article VI,  602, 607,608.
Jean Reams requested Carol Stasick copy article on junk vehicles for the board members. All members were given a copy also the Zoning I inspector Peggy Skinner.
Jean Reams moved to adjourn meeting at 8:43 p.m. with a second by Rich Johnson. All in favor
