Minutes from our June 8th, 2009 meeting
Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:10 pm.
Bud Jantz has requested that everyone present to please place their cell phone on vibrate or turn them off.
Peg Skinner read the minutes from our May 26th, 2009 meeting, Jean Reams made a motion to accept the minutes as read with a 2nd from John Storch. (All in favor).
John Storch has advised the Board that he has sent Janice Steele a copy of Sullivan Township Map to be placed on the Website.
Chairman of the Board has asked Janice Steele to please place the Map on the Website.
ZONING INSPECTOR:
Bud Jantz called Zoning Inspector David Spieker about a Barber Shop: Can’t operate under Home Occupation see page 25 and page 52.
David Spieker has spoken with Sharon Patterson she is to present David Spieker with all documentation about being commercial; he stated he would give her every chance to forward these documents.
John Storch has requested that I present this to the trustees regarding the purchase of the book called North American Industry Classification System of US Dept of Commerce costing $59.00.
Took break at 8:00 pm back in session at 8:11 pm.
Work session on Adult Entertainment:
Peg Skinner has gone over the articles that she has typed up from Pierce Township, we need to pick some things from this article and replace with other things like operating hours and Landscaping.

All Board Members were asked to go over Senate Bill 16 and the 2 pages John Storch has typed up and the 9 pages Peg Skinner has typed up, we will continue at our next meeting on June 22nd, 2009.
Bud Jantz made a motion to adjourn our meeting at 8:52 pm with a 2nd from Rich Johnson meeting adjourned.
