Rich Johnson called meeting to order with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:05 p.m.
Rich Johnson requested cell phones be turned off or put on vibrate.

Minutes from Sept. 28, 2009 corrected. Jean Reams moved to accept the corrected minutes. John Storch seconded, all in favor.

Carol Stasick read minutes for Oct. 26 , 2009 Jean Reams moved to accept, John Storch seconded. All in favor.

Discussion on conference in Columbus about comprehensive  planning. Copies of hand outs from conference was give to members of STZBOC.

Peggy Skinner didn’t have anything to report for zoning at this time.

John Storch gave Peggy Skinner Sullivan Township maps gotten from Ashland  Courthouse maps.

Rich Johnson called for a break at 7:40p.m.
Back in session at 7:55p.m.

Peggy Skinner brought to attention the prosecutors letter on Windy Knoll horse farm.

Jean Reams asked why we didn’t receive notice of Ashland Planning Commission sooner. Lack of communication.

Rich Johnson asked if we could get a copy of the planning commission  public hearing. Peggy Skinner said she would contact commission for public  hearing minutes.

John Storch moved to adjourn. Jean Reams seconded . All in favor
