Bud Jantz called meeting to order at 7:06 p.m, with a Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Bud Jantz requested all cell phones be turned off or on vibrate.

Minutes were read by Carol Stasick with one correction. Will have minutes corrected for next meeting.

Zoning Inspector Peggy Skinner discussed letters sent, burned house on twp rd 281. Conference in Columbus. All board members received seminar highlights. Discussion on agricultural exempt. Zoning book definitions should be in front of book.

Discussion on removing #218 pipeline and sanitary landfills#214
John Storch made A recommendation to add # 218 to list of items to be removed. Jean Reams seconded, all in favor

Discussion on # 214 Landfill. John Storch recommended keeping lines 6, 7,10,37,40. ( all rest of landfill text to be removed).

Discussion on Telecommunications, pg. 70.  Line B removes word regional keep rest of #905.
