Bud Jantz called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance. Bud Jantz requested that all cell phones be shut off or placed on vibrate.

Bud Jantz asked Carol Stasick new member of the Commission Board to read the minutes from 8/10/09 & 9/14/09.
8/10/09 minutes were moved to accept by Jean Reams and 2nd by Bud Jantz. All in favor.

9/14/09 minutes were moved to accept with 1 correction on spelling of Carol Stasick last name, Jean Reams & 2nd by John Storch. All in favor.
Jean Reams took minutes for both 8/10/09 & 9/14/09, also taking minutes for this meeting

Zoning Inspector Peggy Skinner present. Turned in her reports and Permits. Peggy is working on old and new complaints.

Jean Reams made a motion to make Carol Stasick Secretary of the Commission Board, Rich Johnson 2nd the motion. All in favor. ( Carol Stasick abstained.)

Peggy Skinner turned in keys to the Community room, copy room, and file cabinet to Carol Stasick.

Adult Entertainment has been moved to Oct. agenda.

Work session with possible changes to existing Zoning Book.

Pg. 10-15 # 214 Sanitary land fill can we actually regulate.
Pg. 16-18 #218 Can we regulate and should it be removed.

Pg. 70 # 905 Wireless Telecommunications can we regulate.

Pg. 50 # 609 Mineral Extraction, remove word certificate and replace with permit.

Bud Jantz called for a break at 7:54 pm . Back in session at 8:12 pm.

Discussed small Scale Wind Farms.
