Organizational Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order by Carol Stasick with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Please turn off all cell phones or put on vibrate. (For the record) I, Carol Stasick, put the wrong time in the newspaper for this meeting. All members were contacted and the time was put on the community board.
Nominations for Chairman. Rich Johnson nominated Bud Jantz, with a second from John Storch. All in favor, yes. Carol Stasick turned meeting over to Bud Jantz chairman.
Nomination for Vice Chair, Jean Reams nominated John Storch for Vice Chairman, second Rich Johnson. All in favor, yes.
Nomination for Secretary, John Storch nominated Carol Stasick, with a second from Jean Reams. All in favor, yes.
Meetings will be held on the second and fourth Monday of each month unless otherwise designated due to holiday.
Summer meeting for the months of June, July, and August will be held on the second Monday of the month only. Chairman Bud Jantz requested this agenda be published in newspaper. John Storch moved to adjourn, Rich Johnson second. Meeting adjourned at 7:07p.m. With a 5 minute break before regular meeting to start.
