Meeting was called to order at 7:11p.m. By chairman Bud Jantz. Pledge of Allegiance was dispensed with due to already reciting it in the organizational meeting just before this meeting. Chairman Bud Jantz has request that all cell phone be placed on vibrate or turned off.
Chairman requested minutes to be read. John Storch moved minutes to be accepted as read, with correction to the spelling of Bud Jantz last name and I on second page, seconded by Rich Johnson. All in favor, yes.
Zoning Inspector report: Discussion on mobile disassembling, this is salvage and needs a state license. Discussion on moving into accessory building while home is being built.
Discussion on Residential Enterprise, what can and can’t be done.

Discussion on junk, literature distributed to board. Zoning Inspector will get a prosecutor opinion on junk. Limited home rule discussion. Chairman called for break at 8:04p.m.
Returned at 8:14p.m. Discussion on Windy Knoll prosecutor opinion. Zoning Inspector wanted to know about a certificate to move a building from a foreclosed property to another property and is it permitted by law since it was placed on original foreclosed property. Discussion followed.
