Sullivan Township Zoning Commissions Minutes

Chairman Bud  Jantz  called meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:15 p.m.
Chairman Bud Jantz asked everyone to turn off or put cell phones on vibrate.
Chairman Bud Jantz asked Secretary Carol  Stasick to read minutes for Organizational meeting, and regular meeting held on Jan. 11, 2010 also Feb. 8, 2010.
Organizational minutes read , Jean Reams moved they be accepted with a second from John Storch. All in favor.
Minutes from Jan. 11, 2010 regular meeting read with a motion from Jean Reams to accept with the addition of home  on the 3rd paragraph right after Mobile Home and before disassembling, second  by John Storch. All in favor.
Jan. 25, 2010 meeting cancelled by Chairman Bud Jantz due to ruptured gas line at Community Center.
Minutes for Feb. 8, 2010 Jean Reams move to accept with the addition of the word comprehensive instead of comprehension on the 3rd paragraph in the work session, right after Ashland County.
Rich Johnson second, all in favor.
Zoning Inspector Peggy Skinner  gave Donna Riley fiscal officer  recorded Minutes on CD’s for Sullivan Zoning Board of Commission, Organizational and Regular Meeting on Jan. 11, 2010, also Feb. 8, 2010.

WORK SESSION at 7:34 p.m.                                         
Carol Stasick gave John Storch Zoning Supplement  of Local Law and Township for 2010.
Jean Reams asked price of Zoning Book to residents. Price is 15 dollars per book.
John Storch  passed out revised paperwork on :
351 variance,618 Conditional Use, 619 Residential Enterprise Business, 803 Powers and Duties of the Board.
Discussion on all aspects of this paper . 803  sub paragraph 3 is to be tabled until next meeting.
John Storch is going to research more on Conditional Use.
