Bud Jantz called our meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:05 pm. Bud Jantz request that everyone present to please place their cell phone on vibrate or turn them off. Bud Jantz requests that Carol Stasick read our minutes from our Feb 22nd, 2010 meeting. John Storch made a motion to accept the minutes with a second from Jean Reams w/ corrections.
Zoning Inspector: Peggy Skinner gave everyone a copy of the legal opinions from the prosecutors office dated 1997/2001 on conditional uses, John Storch has asked that we table it until our next meeting until he has been able to read them over. Peggy Skinner has turned in 2 permits.
WORK SESSION: at approx. 7:35pm.
Discussions on Article VI #601 John Storch has revisited #601 from our last meeting. #619 Discussion on privacy matters on inspecting – going to leave alone. #613 In Home Occupation Discussions on the In Home Occupation- We need some kind of certificate to separate all Certificates from each other we need to re-visit at a later time. Examples of some In Home Occupation are as follows Crafts, Catalog Business, Tailoring, Photo Shops,. Took a Break at 8:05 pm. Back in Session at 8:15 pm.
Beauty Shops and Barber Shops are not permitted under In Home Occupation they need to go under Commercial and Industrial District. #502 Need to move permitted uses category on several needs further discussion. John Storch will re-organize about Beauty Shops & Barber Shops. Discussion on cost of admendents try to make cost effective. Regional Planning, Prosecutor, Trustees.
