Chairman Bud Jantz Called meeting to order with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:08p.m.
Chairman Bud Jantz requested all phones be turned off or put on vibrate.
Minutes for 3/22/2010 read. Jean Reams moved to accept with one correction,add the word that after stated in first sentence on second page. Second by John Storch, all in favor.

Zoning Inspector report: none

Discussion  on trustee reaction to resolution letter sent to them.

Work session:
Discussion on amendments that have been worked on so far this year.
Chairman Bud Jantz and vice chairman John Storch  are going to talk to Ashland Auditor for clarification on several  articlies.

Break at 7:51p.m.  return at 8:07p.m.

Discussion continued on lots of record  and deed of record.
Possible deletion of  213 sale of new lots. Put on hold until talk with auditor.
Discussion on in home occupation. Homework for next meeting read all paper work hand outs and highlight what we like and what we don’t like.
Discussion on home business.
Ohio Zoning Resource book given to all members of board.
