Chairman Bud Jantz called meeting to order with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:03p.m.
Chairman Jantz requested all cell phones be turned off or put on vibrate.
Chairman Jantz requested  Carol Stasick read last meeting minutes ..
Jean Reams moved minutes be accepted with a second from Rich Johnson. All in favor.
Zoning Inspector report: 7 new house permits
Chairman Bud Jantz and vice chairman John Storch couldn’t get to see auditor since last meeting due to  the Auditor being occupied. Will try again next month.

Work session:
Discussion on homework assignment, home occupation and conditional uses.
Break at 7:53p.m.
Returned at 8:02p.m
Discussion continued on home occupation ,also prohibited uses and attached garages.
John Storch moved to adjourn at8:52p.m. with a second from Bud Jantz. All in favor.
