Chairman Bud Jantz called meeting to order with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:02p.m.
Chairman Jantz requested all cell phones be turned off or put on vibrate.
Chairman Jantz requested Carol Stasick read minutes from April 26, 2010 meeting.
Jean Reams moved to accept minutes with correction to name and spelling, John Storch seconded. All in favor.
Chairman Jantz called for Zoning Inspector report. Two  building permits, and a property on Twp Rd 481 cleaning up nicely.

Work Session:
All members received copy of revised Home Occupation. John Storch read and explained. Discussion on 613 Home Occupation supplemental regulations. Discussion on sec. H,  last sentence. Home Occupation done.
Amendments that have been worked on recapped.
Discussion on 211,212,213 updating will be on hold until till Auditor is consulted.
Discussion on 610 Accessory Building.
Break at 7:56p.m.
Returned at 8:17p.m.
Continued discussion on Accessory Buildings,scratch 610 paragraph G and replace with  paragraph H. Discussion on conversion of a farm accessory building. This is auditors job it is beyond our realm as a board.
Lot of record and deed of record issue put on hold at this time.
Discussion on doing amendments and sending draft to Regional Planning and the Ashland Prosecutors office.
Board will review changes next meeting. Jean Reams moved to adjourn  with a second from Bud Jantz. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:42 ½ p.m.
